St. John's Alumni association is formed in the year 1993 and is a nonprofit organization. It is an organ of the school and functions as a private body. It has been started with the initiative of the principal of the school and a group of enthusiastic Alumni members with an aim to bring about oness, and togetherness among Alumni of the school wherever they are and to provide a medium where by old students of the school may keep in touch with the school, with each other and contribute to the growth and development of the Alma-mater which they hold dear to the heart. It is also envisaged that the Alumni members make themselves available offering their experience and expertise in updating the school and promoting welfare of the students, staff and to provide scholarship to deserving and meritorious students.

EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

The committee meets once in two months to plan, organise and execute the activities of the association. The Annual General body Meeting (AGM) is held in January on Sunday before sankranthi holidays.

Activities of association :

01.  Annual Medical Camp.

02.  Career Guidance.

03.  Once in two months executive meeting.

04.  Awards to Meritorious students.

05.  A.G.M meeting.

06.  Honouring the faculty and distinguished Alumni.

07.  Promotion of sports & games.

What Can I Do ?

01.  As a first and integrated step please register yourself as a member of the Alumni association either by registering in person in school office or registering on line.

02.  You can introduce this site to your school batch mates and friends encouraging them to become members. Membership fee is Rs.501/- and NRI US$100.

03.  You can willingly & generously contribute to add better facilities to your Alma-mater.

04.  You can institute an award to Meritorious students or sponsor education of economically poor student of the school in the name of dear and near ones.

05.  You can organise a local chapter of the Alumni group in your Town/City. The association can provide you guidance to organise such a group.

06.  You can interact with the present students, offer expertise, career guidance, counseling etc.

Students who have studied at least for one academic year and at least seven years should have lapsed after leaving the school. All Former students of St.Johns High School shall be eligible for life membership. Membership fee Rs.501/- for Alumni residing in India and US$100 for those residing outside India. Patrons membership contribution is Rs.10000/-.
